Ketamine Therapy • Provider-Led

When the usual treatments
haven't been enough

Ketamine works differently than standard antidepressants — and for a lot of adults living with depression, anxiety, or PTSD that hasn't let up, that difference is the whole point. Provider-led care, careful screening, and monitoring every step of the way.

Could ketamine therapy be right for you?

When talk therapy and standard antidepressants haven't moved the needle, ketamine takes a different route in the brain — and for a lot of people, that's what makes the difference. A licensed provider can tell you whether it's a fit.

Treatment-Resistant Depression

Low mood that hasn't budged after one or two antidepressants.

Persistent Anxiety

Worry that stays cranked up even with therapy and your usual coping tools.

PTSD & Trauma

Flashbacks, edginess, and sleepless nights that keep pulling you back.

Why People Come In

When people consider ketamine therapy

Depression That Won't Lift

The kind that sticks around no matter what you've tried.

Anxiety That Won't Quit

A mind that won't power down, even when you're worn out.

PTSD & Trauma

Memories and reactions that keep you on high alert.

Feeling Numb

Going through the motions, with the color drained out of things.

Stuck in Your Head

The same dark loops, playing on repeat.

Nothing Else Has Worked

You've put in the work and the meds, and you're still waiting for relief.

A short consult is the first step to finding out.

How It Can Help

What people hope to get back

A Lighter Mood

That weight on your chest, easing up a little.

Quieter Anxiety

A mind that finally stops racing quite so hard.

A New Angle

Room to see an old problem in a new light.

Out of the Loop

A way to step off the treadmill of negative thinking.

Faster Than Meds

Some people feel a shift in hours or days — not the usual weeks.

Better With Therapy

It tends to work best alongside good support and follow-up.

Ketamine isn't right for everyone, and results vary from person to person. A licensed provider decides who's a candidate after a full evaluation. Esketamine (Spravato) is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression; other forms of ketamine are prescribed off-label. This page is general information, not medical advice.

We provide ketamine therapy in oral and nasal spray (intranasal) forms, giving patients flexible and comfortable treatment options.

Ketamine has been used safely in medicine for more than fifty years, mostly as an anesthetic. For mental health the doses are low and the care is supervised. Like any medication it has risks and side effects, and it isn't right for everyone — so your provider reviews your history, walks you through what to expect, and keeps an eye on you throughout.

Ketamine is a Schedule III controlled substance, so it can be misused. At the low, supervised doses used for mental health that risk is low — which is exactly why this runs as a structured program with set dosing, provider oversight, and regular check-ins, not something you're left to manage on your own.

Most people feel relaxed and a little floaty, sometimes with a dreamy, stepped-back sense of things that fades as the medicine wears off. Everyone reacts a bit differently. You'll get clear instructions on setting up a calm, safe space beforehand, and you shouldn't drive or make big decisions until the next day.

It depends on your evaluation. Some care happens in a clinical setting; in select cases, and only when it's safe, part of it may take place at home with a monitoring plan and provider check-ins. The FDA has cautioned against unsupervised at-home ketamine, so supervision isn't optional — your provider recommends the safest setup for you.

Ketamine isn't safe for everyone. Uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain heart conditions, a history of psychosis, active substance misuse, and pregnancy or breastfeeding can all rule it out. That's what the screening is for, and your provider will tell you straight if it isn't the right call.

It varies from person to person. Many plans start with a short series of sessions over a few weeks, then taper based on how you respond. Your provider maps out a plan up front and adjusts it as you go.

A lot of patients use HSA or FSA dollars, and you'll see pricing up front before you commit. Insurance coverage varies by plan and by the type of ketamine treatment, so we'll be clear about costs at your visit.
